Understanding that sometimes an artwork might not meet your expectations or could arrive damaged, we’ve tailored our return, exchange, and refund policy to protect both our valued customers and our artistic integrity.
Return Policy for Items in Perfect Condition
- Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, no questions asked.
- Condition of Artwork: To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original, perfect condition and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns under this scenario to cover processing and handling. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact us at arnaud.quercy.creations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Policy for Damaged Items
- Reporting Window: In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange. Please include photographic or video evidence of the damage.
- Exchange Only: For items reported as damaged, we offer exchanges without a restocking fee. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, we will endeavor to provide a replacement piece of similar size, media, and value.
- Shipping for Damaged Items: Return shipping for damaged items will be at our expense. We will provide instructions and cover the costs associated with returning the damaged artwork to us.
General Terms
- Shipping Costs: For all returns (excluding damaged items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds, after deducting the restocking fee where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period.
- Exclusions: Custom commissions, prints on demand, and virtual goods are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Special orders with explicit return policies are excluded from this general policy.
